We are looking for a dynamic, highly organised, motivated and reliable individual to join our team.
The hours are on a Casual basis and will cover 20- 30hrs per week, broken up into a highly flexible schedule to suit the applicant, as long as the work required is up to date. We have office space available but would also consider the applicant working from home if they have the relevant office equipment.
About the role
General administration, (The role can be demanding with a lot of jobs to process and keep track of so previous experience in a similar role is preferred)
Monitoring and responding to emails
Booking in jobs/quotes
Updating and working with Pipedrive CRM
Inbound and outbound Calls/SMS as needed (no cold calling)
Competence in general administrative duties
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently
Experience working with Xero
